Profiling Tools


There are a number of tools that I use to support training and coaching with my clients. I have found these tools invaluable in helping people to:

  • understand more about themselves
  • understand the impact that they have on others
  • identify what can be done to improve the way that they communicate and interact with others

Our profiling tools include:

  • Managing for Success Reports ® provides individuals and teams with invaluable insights into their behavioural styles, the impact they have on others and strategies for improving their approach
  • Strength Deployment Inventory ® (SDI) identifies individuals’ personal motivations and strengths, and how these relate to those of their colleagues – whether things are going well or badly.
  • EQ Assessment ®  provides individuals with a measure of their “emotional intelligence” and the extent to which they are able to ability to sense, understand, and work with the emotions of others in order to facilitate high levels of collaboration and productivity.
