As a qualified coach and coach supervisor I work with new and existing coaches, as a coach supervisor in helping them to work to the best of their ability. Coaching can be a lonely business so both new and experienced coaches seek supervision to work on their own professional development, thereby ensuring that they deliver the highest standard of coaching to their own clients.

The ‘coach-supervisor’ is a special relationship and one where our focus is around the coaches reflection on their practice. Part mentor, part coach the supervisors role is to help the coach to work through any ‘road blocks’ they have experienced in their own client work – and is often an outlet for exploration of the personal issues that clients have triggered in them.

If you’re a coach and you are interested in supervision, please feel free to get in touch.
